- started in the business right out of college

- passionate about financial literacy & teaching people how to build generational wealth - my grandfather did one little thing for me and that changed my entire future. He was very blue collar, worked washing dishes in a restaurant to owning his ow restaurant to owning the entire shopping center but growing up my 12 cousins and I never got christmas presents from him but we would get Fidelity statements in our stockings every year. As a child it was meaningless but when he passed away, that small amount every year turned into $20k and at age 24 I was able to buy my first house. I rented out the bedrooms to friends and saved up enough $ to remodel it, took out the equity and was able to buy another. Fast forward 8 years and I have been able to turn that $20k into 5 properties and what is more carry on his legacy. Showing people that it is possible, and it doesn;t take a lot of money to build wealth, just access to the right information
